Manager Sash Culakovski says the hairdressers at Biba are not domineering and take the time to consult with their clients to find out what kind of haircut they want. "We don't refer to pictures when talking about a cut, we explain the style in terms of how it would look with their hair."

Operating hours are Monday to Wednesday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Thursday and Friday 9:30am to 9:00pm and Saturday 9:30am - 5:00pm.
